COURSE DESCRIPTION – Intensive Spanish Course in Madrid, Spain. Year-Round
The Intensive Spanish Course at the Eureka Spanish School is designed for students who want to learn Spanish or improve their knowledge of the language in a short period of time. The Intensive Spanish Course has a maximum of 8 students per class and the course covers Spanish pronunciation, grammar, conversation, reading comprehension, textual analysis and composition. The Spanish course is offered on all levels, from beginner Spanish to advanced Spanish. The Spanish levels are A1 (Beginner), A2 (Pre-Intermediate), B1 (Intermediate), B2 (Advanced), C1 (Advanced High.)
The Intensive Spanish course consists of 20 class-hours of Spanish per week:
- 09:00 – 11:00 Grammatical block (correction of exercises, development of grammatical subject and practice of grammatical subject)
- 11:00 – 11:30 Break
- 11:30 – 13:00 Communication

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Open enrollment, anybody can participate. The Spanish program at the Eureka Spanish School is open to teens, students, and adults. You do not have to be a college student to enroll in this Spanish program. You do not have to participate in a US university study abroad program to enroll in this Spanish program. Minimum age 18.
ABOUT
The language school EUREKA was founded in the year 1988. Since then we have been dedicated to teaching the Spanish language. EUREKA is located in the historical center of the Madrid. The school is well served by public transport and close to the main museums and places of interest in the capital. The school has modern facilities in a historical building, which is completely renovated and equipped for teaching. All of our Spanish teachers have a university degree and certificates to teach Spanish as a second language according to our method. Our teaching method is based on direct contact between student and teacher, combining our structural method with our communicational method to achieve efficient results in a short period of time.
SERVICES OFFERED
Activities: The school offers activities per week after classes to visit museums and places of historical or cultural interest. Every other weekend an excursion to important cities near Madrid like Segovia, Toledo, Ávila, and La Granja is offered.
Housing: EUREKA offers accommodation in shared flats close to the school. One of them is located in the same building as the school. Our carefully chosen host families are located close to our school, no more than 20 minutes away by metro.
